Puerto Rico Villa Orleans Reviews
Rincon Puerto Rico Villas Orleans Trip Advisor Reviews.
We stayed at Villa Orleans for a big family reunion-- six adults and four children aged 7 and under..... The house is right on top of the water-- amazing views, great covered porches and decks. We spent every sunset on a different porch and ate every meal outside at the picnic table on the covered porch. .....The house is fully stocked with TV, DVD player, and kids movies if you need a little "electronic sitter" once in a while, but our kids spent most of the time in the little pool. The pool is small and perfect for young children. There is a small beach right in front of the house, perfect for playing with the kids, going for a swim, or reading a book..... In summary, we had a great time-- the house is really perfect for a big family stay......New York City
We just spent 6 days (Easter Week) at the Villa Orleans. Our group of 9 adults and 9 children (13-18) had the entire villa to ourselves (main house, apartment , casita).
...sounds of the coquis and the surf at nite (you felt like you were in the heart of the jungle but also literally at the shore's edge......spectacular sunrises and sunsets....your own beach with clear warm tropical water......Silver Spring, Maryland
Our group of 5 adults (Mom, Dad, children and girlfriend in their 20s) just spent 5 nights at Villa Rincon and thoroughly enjoyed the place. I didn't realize how much we would appreciate that it is actually on a very good swimming beach but we ended up spending a lot of time at the Villa because it was so pleasant. Each of the three bedrooms we rented had a fabulous ocean view and we could hear the surf pounding all night, That was a good thing. The kitchen and outdoor eating area was so enticing that we ended up eating in more than we had planned. Brooklyn, New York

I just got back from staying at Villa Orleans last night, and I had to write a positive review.
If you're looking for a place to get away with a large family contingent or group, this is your best bet. We had 12 - 7 kids ranging in age from 15 to 3, along with five adults - and I know that we could have easily stayed another week.
As far as the location goes, it's right on the water and really sounds, looks and smells great. It's secluded without feeling abandoned. It's homey but still fun. It's exactly what you should head towards if you're into having casual fun with people you know and love.......... New York City, New York
