Why a Beachfront Home or Beachfront Vacation Rental?The best reason to visit Rincon Puerto Rico is the beachfront. Nothing beats opening your balcony, facing the beach, stepping out of your bedroom and finding a nice warm quiet seashore. Not all Rincon beachfront homes are alike. In Puerto Rico some beachfront houses are lined in row. You never know your neighbor, and during busy times it could be all night rock 'n rollers or just plain folks next door. Do the math, and compare bringing a family of 10 to this villa, it breaks down to $37 per person per day during the busy season, and $30 per person during the quiet season. While a Rincon hotel can cost way over $100 per person. Rincon Puerto Rico Hotels charge $525 per night for a 2 bedroom apartment, and $625 a night during tourist season. Beach resorts are just as expensive. Restaurants in Rincon are nice, but it's also nice to barbecue on this quiet beach, in a place that feels like home.

Please note: We receive about 5 email inquires a day, unless you put down a deposit, the villa is open. We are often reserved a year in advance. Please call us the moment you have your dates: 787-823-4758
We have a 5 day minimum.
Credit Card is required for deposit. Rental of the Villa is for 10-12 Guests; each additional Guest will be charged $35 per night. There will be a $50 daily surcharge for each person not listed on the registration.
A deposit of $350 is
required for reservation. 
Only registered guests on property .
Any damages to rooms and contents will be accessed and charged to the credit card
State tax of 7% not included and a 5%
energy surcharge.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policy is 15 days prior to arrival date at which point deposit is non-refundable; but if we rent it, we'll return your deposit.
Deposits made to reserve holiday weeks are non-refundable.
VISA and MasterCard, Traveler's checks accepted. Deposits are accepted with VISA/MasterCard, but there's a 4% surcharge for deposits refunded.
Check out time is 11 am, but if no one's expected that afternoon, then we're not in a hurry.
We have 2 dogs on the property. Both are sweethearts. If you are allergic to dogs please let us know.
Saturday night and early Sunday morning arrivals, please note stores on Sundays only open from 11 am to 5 pm.
