La Casita is a rustic one bedroom wooden cottage within the Villa Orleans compound in Rincon PR. It's our 6th bedroom.

We stayed in the Casita at Villa Orleans for a week. The tropical setting is magical--the bungalow style one-bedroom cottage is nestled in amongst banana trees, coconut palms, and all sorts of other trees. We grilled out on the deck at night and sat listening to the coqui (sp?) frogs. The private, gorgeous beach is only 100 yards from the cottage and you can swim and snorkel from right in front of the house. Beautiful sunset views over the ocean, and a private wooden yoga/meditation deck. Such a beautiful, relaxing and romantic spot. the owner is super friendly and very close by and on hand at all times for anything you might need. We had the best trip ever and can't wait to go back next year!
La Casita has a kitchen, full bathroom and is perfect for two. This cottage has: an air conditioned bedroom, ceiling fans, full kitchen (blender, microwave, toaster oven, stove, fridge) a gas BBQ grill.
Please note, it has no TV, nor wi-fi (can be had next door)
"Beautiful beach front location and very knowledgable owner
Just returned from our stay at Villa Orleans where we stayed in La Casita cottage for 8 nights. My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Luis, the owner, is full of information about the area and is very helpful. He even added a single bed to the cottage for our stay so our son wouldn't have to sleep on the sleeper sofa. The resident dog, Luke, is a wonderful addition. He escorted my husband on his early morning walks to the beach. While the cottage doesn't have a view of the ocean, it is so close it doesn't really matter. The cottage is actually very large. There is a deck on the front, a front room, a very large open kitchen and dining room, a huge bedroom with double closets, and a bathroom with a large tiled shower.
It's all the little touches that lets you know that Luis cares about his guests. We found a huge first aid kit, a variety of books and magazines, a large cooler, and boogie boards that are there for guests to use. We couldn't have asked for anything more."
